  Service safe at front counter were unprofessional & unprepared for Thanksgiving crowd. Should have let everyone make reservations not just a selected few.
  The food was fair at best.

  Grossly understaffed on New Year's Eve. Disgusting margaritas with a candy like sweet and sour mix that is worse than anything at a grocery store. Had 5 meals ordered, only one arrived.
